Save The Mind, Save The Life

At Superwoman Is Black, we believe that mental health support should be accessible to everyone. Our mission is to raise mental health awareness and break down the barriers that have stigmatized support. We achieve our mission by matching program participants with local resources, and by providing a safe space to share life stories, receive free support,  therapy, and counseling.

Mental health challenges impact education, homelessness, and poverty. Identifying a need for nonprofit work in this area, our organization was formed. With the generosity of our donors, the efforts of our volunteers, and the gratitude of our participants, we're actively breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, and making it easier to seek help without fear of judgment or discrimination.

Our amazing team of superheros and volunteers are committed to helping others. We take our convictions and turn them into action. We're creating a compassionate world where mental health support is a right, not a privilege. Joining our hands and resources together brings us closer to reaching the world, and saving the lives we touch along the way.
