At Superwoman Is Black, we believe that mental health support should be accessible to everyone. Our mission is to raise mental health awareness and break down the barriers that have stigmatized support. We achieve our mission by matching program participants with local resources, and by providing a safe space to share life stories, receive free support, therapy, and counseling.
Our amazing team of superheros and volunteers are committed to helping others. We take our convictions and turn them into action. We're creating a compassionate world where mental health support is a right, not a privilege. Mental health issues impact education, homelessness, and poverty. Identifying a need for nonprofit work in this area, our organization was formed.
